Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive an email with a store credit code to use on your next 'That's So Fetch' haul.
